Will Sanghamitra Ghosh succeed Manoj Agrawal as West Bengal Chief Secretary?

If Chief Secretary of West Bengal Manoj Agrawal is denied a second extension it is widely believed that the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Home, Sanghamitra Ghosh, will be the new Chief Secretary of the state. She is an IAS officer of the 1997 batch.
