Police rehearsal keeping Delhi jam for hours

Delhi police is conducting traffic rehearsal for the upcoming BRICS Summit to be held on September 12-13. The rehearsals during the peak hours are clogging traffic in the National Capital. Traffic police are not visible to regulate the traffic. Commuters are questioning why all the rehearsals are conducted during peak office hours. They are being forced to reach offices and places of duty late.
