Hindustan Composites appoints Vinay Sarin as CEO

Vinay Sarin has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Hindustan Composites Limited with effect from November 6, 2026. Following his appointment, he resigned as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director with effect from November 5, 2026. The Board has also recommended his appointment as Whole-Time Director, designated as Executive Director and CEO, for a three-year term from December 21, 2026.
